Hi. I am 30 years old and my wife is 27 years old. We are married since last 2 years and planning for kids since than however my wife is unable to conceive. We went to gynaecologist also who got us examined and suggested that everything is fine between both of us including my sperm test. Even after taking medication we are unable to have a child. Please help with appropriate medication advice.

It happens to many of my patients too. We call it unexplained infertility. Keep patience and go in step wise manner- i.e, if one treatment does not give result, go for next step after consulting doctor. Usually I make these very clear in my 1st consultation to each of the couples, so that they don' t get afraid.
