I see blood in the phlegm during brushing. I have a good oral hygiene. Please advise.

Use soft brush and brush in a proper way. Use your one brush for 30-45 days. Take warm saline mouth bath 5-6 times /day regularly. If sever bleeding is there then go for oral prophylaxis.
