I am not at all sleeping well. It has become regular habit and now a days watching too many movies during night. But feeling Energetic in the morning. Will it create any problem in my health for not sleeping well. Please advise. Note : Am a diabetic person too.

Ur over weight. Lose some weight by doing a daily strict work out. Stop watching movies late night. Sleep daily from 11pm to 6Am
