A female friend of mine has been severely addicted to smoking marijuana as well as drinking since the past 8 years. She has been to rehab already but relapsed within a few days. Recently she was hospitalized again to help overcome this addiction. However this does't seem to have had any effect on her too. I really wish to help her. She has bipolar disorder, adhd and learning disability. She feels extremely hopeless in life and doe't feel like doing anything productive at all. She has consulted multiple psychiatrist over the year and still is consulting and even goes for therapy regularly.
