I am 27 years old female working as a teacher. I had occasional head spins which started in my early 20s and got worsened during and after delivery of baby. Because of the online classes, I had neck strain which was not vey painful and settles once I finish work. But because of the head spin I consulted a doctor who suggested cervical traction and asked me to take a cervical ct scan which shows cervical bone degeneration. But after the traction, my pain got worsened and not able to do my works. My doctor also suggested me to wear collar and use cervical pillow. None of this actually relieved me from pain. Kindly suggest me anything that could help me get relieved.
