Sir my stomach is not clear in one time. I have go to 4-5 times daily. I take medicines like rifaximin 400, cremaffin,lactulose, lactic bacillus tablet and so many ayurvedic medicines. But there is not improvement. I have done sonography of stomach also but the report comes normal. I suffer from this problem from last 6 yrs. please advice me what I do? I attach my sonography report also please see and explain there any problem in it and also advice me about any investigation.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, there can be multiple reasons for this sort of a condition. However the most common is ibs. For now stop taking a lot of medicines. Try taking powder lactifiber, 2 spoons in a glass of water at bedtime. Also walk/do any other exercise, about 40 minutes every day. Try this for two weeks. If no relief, you might need to get some blood and other tests. If you are using tobacco/alcohol, you need to discontinue the same.
