I have removed my wisdom tooth its completely healed now can't open my mouth if I'm opening forcefully its paining a lot what could be the reason.

It's because of musle spasm. Don't try to open your mouth suddenly and fully. Try to open gradually and do it as many times as you can in a day. Keep bundles of wooden ice cream sticks between upper and lower teeth for 5-10 mins and gradually increase the number of sticks day by day. Do this exercise till desired mouth opening is achieved.
