Hello All brush and all tooth paste are equal. It hardly makes difference which company you are using. The most important thing is the way you do the brush or brushing technique as well as timing In general it is always good to use medium tooth brush and regarding paste if it's fluoridated it's good Thank you Dr.Aman Bhatia

There is no fixed toothpaste and brush recommended by doctor to patient. It depends on doctor to doctor and the problem of the patient. But the brush should be soft brush not hard.

Dear , Please don't go by what they show in TV and newspaper ads. More important than the brand of the brush or paste is actually the number of times you are brushing and whether you are using the correct method of brushing. Hence, please brush twice daily. It is also important that you floss daily (preferably at night). Try to use a soft brush rather than a Medium or Hard one.

Please don't go by brand names. Most toothpastes and toothbrushes available in the market currently are good. You need to use a medium or soft toothbrush and the method you employ to brush is more important than the brand of toothpaste you use.
