I'm consuming anti psychotics (for psychosis) from the past years 4 years. Due to some other health issue, I don't had it (anti psychotics) from last one week. Yesterday night I just thought about past things happened in my life. Within few minutes I felt like hearing sounds (audible illusions) and within few seconds my mind is out control means experienced uncontrollable thoughts. Even I don't have any idea what i'm thinking about and it is absolutely like how this issue started. Is it a sign of withdrawal symptom (because I think I am addicted to anti psychotics)? How to completely avoid anti psychotics? And is it (psychosis) curable? Help me to control my thoughts especially negative thoughts. Thanks in advance.
