Hello sir/madam meri behen pregnant thi .use hospital sift kiya gaya jahan doctor ne kaha ki uski normal delivery hogi .wo raat bhar chila rahi thi koi doctor nehi aye .at morning doctor akar uski ceasrean karne ko kaha par anesthesia doctor nehi the phir 3 hours late hui .use sift karne ke more than 15 hours ke baad uski delivery ki gayee .her child is fine .but she is critical .uski 2nd operation karke uterus nikala gaya .and use 5 blood chadhae gaye .ab doctor kah rahee hain ki ye atonic case hain .kya doctor ki negligence or irresponsible ki baje se meri sister ki ya halat hui ?what is the cause? What I will ask to the doctor? Kahan complaint karu? Pls answer.
