Any treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome without surgery?

Hi Thanks for your query. I am Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. Carpal tunnel syndrome is entrapment neuropathy of median nerve around wrist. Treatment depends upon how severe is the compression and what are symptoms? Even surgical release of flexor retinaculum is a very small procedure.
