Excess saliva having saliva secretion is a normal body mechanism. There's nothing to worry about it. One good thing you should know about saliva that most people don't know is its a natural antibiotic produced in our body. It contains digestive juices also which hepls in a better digestion process. We usually consider saliva as a irritting thing when we get up in the morning and we spit it out with gargles. Instead of spitting it out we should swallow that saliva which in turn plays an important role in terms of digestion as well as a immunity booster. And having much saliva secretion also keeps our teeth clean which again keeps our mouth cavities free. So having much saliva secretion is a good thing rather than irritating. For bad odour: 2- scaling first of all undergo scaling (cleaning of teeth) by a dentist - use proper brushing technique. - brush twice a day which is most important (at night specifically just before sleep and avoid any food or liquid except water when you finish your brush at night) - after each meal (i. E breakfast, lunch, dinner and any time when you take snacks) rub your finger on all tooth surfaces inside and outside and than do forcefull gargles 2-3 times. Jay swaminarayan.
