Sir, I am 18 years old. When my penis is not erect I can make my foreskin down with very little pain but when fully erect I am not able to make my foreskin down is it phimosis and should I have to worry about it and suggest me some treatment please.

Hello- " Phimosis" is the technical term for an un-retractable foreskin. The foreskin of the penis is not retractable in an infant or a young child. This is considered to be a normal part of development. As the child grows into puberty the foreskin naturally separates itself from the head of the penis, allowing for complete retraction.
