I am 24 year old unmarried students. I have recently diagnosed with small varicocele. I have done semen analysis. Total sperm count- 22 million/ml, active motile -10%,sluggish motile - 30%, non motile- 60%, morphology -30% abnormal small head are seen. Pus cell -1-2hpf andrologist prescribed some antibiotics and becozinc and antioxidants tablet. They have advised to repeat semen analysis after 3 month. Please suggest your opinion.
