I'm having the serious illness of itching on and inside of the penis and also releasing smell throughout the day, having both itching and pain under outer layer skin of the penis some portion of the skin has sticked due any reason of releasing sperm during the night sleep. Can I have any minor surgery and diagnostic test before surgery please suggest name of the surgery and what surgery must do. I do not consume alcohol and cigarettes too.
