My baby who is 1 years old is having eczema and she have itching with redness in joints (behind knees and elbow. She was at native place, there were mosquito troubles at the new place. Not sure if that was the reason she got some boils kind of lumps in legs and makes her itch and bleeds, peels skin and sometimes water comes in it. please help.
