I can't help but notice that my neck and my face are of different colour everyone says that skin colour cannot be changed but I don't understand that it's not only that my face is way much darker than my neck and also it looks yellowish a bit I had my blood checked for my concerns about jaundice everything seems fine I also consulted with a doctor he gave me medicine and ointment with almost a lot of routine to follow and was too expensive to. I don't know what's wrong is this tan or something else I have been trying changing facewash scrubbing my face a lot nothing is helping please suggest me something so I can get rid of this embarrassment because I cannot even choose a foundation either my neck looks different or my face look like a ghost please help my skin tone is somewhere indian wheatish tone with a yellow tint my neck is fair and my face is oily around my nose and I am 19.
