Lax les means your lower esophageal sphincter is bit weak so you are more prone to gastritis but need not worry. Take tab rantac dom before breakfast for 30 days, avoid spicy and fried foods as much as possible, take light or moderate meals don't eat heavily, avoid sleeping within half an hour of taking meals.
