I got a ring dark brown scar on my neck 3-4 months back earlier I thought this is a common scar but now looking so closely I think that its might more than a scar, like allergies or something. However no itching or anything happen neither seems any increase in size of same. Please suggest what to do? Should I consult a dermatologist?
