I'm 19 years old male. My right testicle started paining 4 months ago. Then my left testicle also started paining. My lower back and lower abdomen is also paining. There are some sticky white spots on my scrotum and pimples on my glans. My usg (inguinoscrotal area and complete abdomen) and urine test (routine and culture) are absolutely normal. My pee hole has also become red. My frenulum is also swelled.
