Suffering from allergic rhinitis. Symptoms include running nose, itching, sneezing, mild headache, tiredness in eyes, lethargic. Taking montelukast from long time but now it is not working efficiently. Could anyone please suggest me a treatment (homeopathic or ayurvedic) to get rid from this problem.
