I feel very weakness if I do any work or at morning time and also my urine out with yellow color at morning and sometimes when I try to urine it come a little bit and still I feel there are some stuck of urine inside the bladder and sometimes a little amount of semen also out during stool or urine and also stool not come properly stool come with pressure and very hard.
