Hello lybrate-user, the abnormality in datscan is suggestive of dopamine depletion. So your tremors might be related to parkinsons disease. The therapy you are taking needs to be discussed in detail. I would recommend stopping aripiprazole. And rest of the medicines need to be streamlined. Its better if you consult a neurologist in person or on video call to assess your tremors.
