I am 51 years old female. Few weeks back, I came to notice that my nipples are going inwards (one among the two is more inverted. There was neither any pain or any inflammation. But now I am feeling a little bit hardness around it and bit of pain. My mammography report is normal. Still, I am very worried why this is happening and what should I do now? Please let me know.
