My age is 27, weight 82 kg, unmarried.my total psa level in 2016 was 0.77 ng/ml but now on 4 aug 2020, it came 2.06 ng/ml .i had this test because on 29 my I got urti and on 7 and 13 july I got semen in blood and I am having bone pain all over body. Do I have chances of prostate cancer and why this level increased too much over past 4 years?

Increased psa levels of course alerts us to the possibility of prostate cancer, but many other conditions, such as an inflamed prostate, can also increase psa levels. Therefore proper diagnosis is important. At your age prostate cancer is less frequent. Yet it is important to rule it out or detect as soon as possible so that necessary intervention takes place early. Please consult a urologist.
