I have a problem regarding my height. My torso is ok but legs are a bit shorter. I am 19. My parents are not that tall, they are 5'6 and 5 feet. I am currently 5'5. What can help in pulling up 2- 3 inches or a bit more. Should I take some supplements or medicines. Would it be beneficial or it may be harmful? I am regularly running 1 to 2 kms daily also.
