I was undergoing a root canal for having a puss in teeth but i couldn't continue the whole process doctor has left some metaphar or something (cotton like material) inside my tooth for cleaning puss. Its been 1 year. What to do now is it harmfull ? please help me.

Its better you get your treatment finished. It will creat the problem
Hi, It is not a good move to leave your treatment midway because you either have to start all over again or risk losing your tooth.
You can visit dentist again and finish your treatment. The material could be Metapex which is used in RCT, that's fine. Get your treatment finished as soon as possible.
Hello, It seems ok and material should be Metapex, ask your dentist and get it checked . Dentist will analyze amount of bone formation at the apex of that teeth by taking a x-ray. All the best. Regards! Dr. Priyanshu Singh
