Good afternoon i'm suffering from cough allergy from past one month. Ent Dr. had given me monticope a at night and later rapitus syrup. For how many days I have to take this syrup and cough allergy is not cure then what I have to do?

Apart from obtaining a prescription from ent specialist, you should have asked him about the exact cause and site. If defect or allergy is not related to nose, you should showw allreports to a consulting physician for his diagnosis and further management. In such cases identifying the causative agent of allergy like dust, change of weather, strong odor etc is to be identified and avoided. Medicine given is for allergy and bronchitis and has temporary relief only. So can be used during problem. Once you know the cause you will know the further course of problem.
