Age 24, unmarried on 29 may I got fever 104f with penis pain after urine then got checked uti showing with pus cell 18-25, rbc 10-12, bacteria 1+,albumin 1+ and blood report showed lymphocyte 10% (range 20 to 40, tlc is 4.88 (range 4 to 10, platelet was 1.25thou/cum (range 1.5 to 1.8).i was also having hips pain and chest sternum pain. And doctor gave me nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 14 days and my usg shows everything normal and prostate size 21 cc. After that I am having pain radiating from rectum to penis. Then general surgeon look for any piles with metal probe. I got blood in semen on 7 july i.e bright red and again on 13 july with less blood .now there is no blood in semen. But I am having pain all over body like mouth, ribs ,hips ,feet and hands.in 2015 my psa was 0.77 (range upto 4) and in 2018 my transrectal ultrasound was normal. But now m having whole body pain and noticed blood in semen first time in life. Can I have prostate cancer as it spread to bones?

This blood might be due to insertion of metal probe through anus. Wait and watch. All will be normal. No chances of prostate cancer.
