.My age is 59 years recently my right testicle is swelled. Actually what happened is I had motor bike one day my bike did not start so I pressed the kick rod forcibly 8 to 10 times. Next day my right testicle swelled and got pain. Still the testicle enlarged and did not reduced. So please give advice what shall I do for reducing the size of the testicle
