I'm 5 months pregnant. This is 2nd pregnancy. 1st one had c. Sec delivery. I have bp. I am taking tablets for bp. They did anomaly scan today. Scan report shows everything normal. They wrote low lying placenta. What does it mean. Is there any serious issue. Any precautions I need to take.
