Sir, on my routine blood test I have found that my platelets count is low- 100000. The range is 150000 - 450000. No other symptom. Someone has suggested-eupatorium perfoliatum 200, two times a day. Please advise. The reason, effect and of lowering of platelets without any symptom. The treatment to increase the platelets.
