I'm 22 years old. I'm female. I have some walking problem. For buying a walking stick. I need a tripod walking stick with elbow support. It is available in online. But in shop near me they said elbow support walking stick only have 1 leg. Elbow support with tripod is not medically correct. Other tripods without elbow support is only medically correct. So what is medically right? Fast reply please.

Dear lybrate-user hi both r good but use of stick depend on muscle, joint imbalance. If you have more balancing problem then use tripod with elbow support. Otherwise you can use elbow support walking support 1 leg. So its depend on balancing condition. Thanks.
