My wife has white thick discharge problem, no itching and no smell, also there is no pain during intercourse. But she has sometimes pain in legs and waist. We have done the pap smear test and below is the finding. Microscopy: smears show fair number of superficial squamous epithelial cells along with intermediate cells and occasional metaplastic cells in a background of moderate acute inflammatory cells. Few scattered and clustered endocervical cells noted. Impression: inflammatory smears, negative for intraepithelial lesion/malignancy. Also tvs has been done, which show cervicitis. All hormone level are normal. Period cycle is of 30-35 days. We are planning for baby now, is there any medication required before it. Please advise.
