My daughter was complaing of dry mouth, since I am diabetic I did her test from home glucometer after 2 hour dinner it came 153, next day fasting 115, Next day v went to clinic doc all test, thyoride, normal , fasting 105, GTT 2 hours 292, hbA1c 6.4, ketones nil & he asked for test gad antibodies to rule out type one , her weight is 55 kg, height 5.3 what should v do ?

Dry mouth can be very difficult to handle at times and it can lead to very nagging problems all through. As per the history it seems she has a tendency towards hyperglycemia already. Taking utmost care is mandatory for such patients. Regarding dry mouth It may be suggested to visit a dentist evry 6 months, keep the oral hygiene proper always. Although the dentist should clinically examine and suggest the needful but as of now you can use Dry Mouth Gel by GC to get away with the discomfort as of now.
