Hello sir, I have serious troubles swallowing pills/tablets/capsules etc. I am 21 years and I still don't know how to take pills. I've tried various ways to take pills through the internet but I still couldn't take any. I recently had a root canal surgery and I told the Dr. to give me dispersible tablets. He gave me iv and some dispersible tablets. Please help me in this. Till now i've never swallowed any pill. I've either thrown it away or just chewed it. But, I srsly wanna learn how to. Please give some help.
