Get your bronchoscopy done to check if they are in lungs. If not then do not worry.

After you swallow the tiny infested eggs of worms ,they hatch into the intestine and then their larvae move from intestine into the blood stream and the main lymphatic fliid (drainage system of the body) so from that it moves to the lungs.
