I am a 24 year old female. I started menstruating at the age of 11 and have had regular periods ever since. In march this year I missed my period due to stress and then got it again in april. I. May however I missed it again and got it on june 1st. However I have been bleeding for the last 14 days. I?m not experiencing any kind of abdominal pain or cramps or any other abnormal symptoms. I am not on any kind of contraceptives and have no medical history. I?m not on any other medication either. Could you please guide me.

Have to do usg lower abdomen as this may be due ovarian cyst or tumor or uterine tumor also, sometimes it may also be due to hormonal imbalance, soo you should visit a gynaecologist for this purpose.
