I am taking betacap tr 40 mg and nexito 10 mg for essential tremor anxiety and fast heart beat for 5 months but this medicine are not working. I have high blood pressure 160/80. Can I stop these medicines. What medicine should I take for essential tremor pls help.

Initially, you need to get your thyroid function tests and share the report. Continue taking betacap tr till then and continue to monitor bp for atleast 2 more redaings in morning on an empty stomach. You can share your report online with me and I can prescribe you further.
