Do your urine pregnancy test if you miss your periods. Di it one day after the due date.

If your present period is delayed compared to your last month period date then do your urine pregnancy test.

Why your doctor advised susten and gel? - if you missed your period for more than 1 week from the date of your previous period please get a urine pregnancy test. If you have doubt in that can get a serum beta hcg test. If it is negative then your not pregnant. Sometimes before your period arrival date also will have such symptoms like breast tenderness.

If you miss your pds date you can check hcg if it negative then these symptoms are hormonal.
