My father is suffering from prostate cancer with metastasis. He is 77 years old. He had been operated in july 2018 (channel turp with orchiotomy). But in feb 2020, his psa label has again rising and doctor prescribed to take zelgor 1000 mg with omnacortil 40. Doctor has advised to take this medicine with fatty meal. Psa level was decreased by 4. His current psa level is 66.03.but there has some visible side effect shown like fluid stored in ankle, back pain feeling in the lower middle portion of backbone. Is he doing right treatment to take effect? Please suggest. It is very urgent to me.
