My son is 7 years old. His front upper teeth has broken before 5 month. The teeth is not rise in the place. I don't know the teeth was milk or permanent. Will the teeth rise again or not? What should I do? What is solution of it? Please suggest me thank you.

if u have a xray of the area send on line or send a picture of the area where tooth was there will try to make out if any tooth underneath

Which teeth it was. If it was incisors and it did not tell before then it may come after this one falls down.

don't worry about it. permanent teeth may take some months to be visible. as per your condition you should go for opg ( full mouth xray) for current position and expected time of eruption of all teeth.
