Age: 21 sex: male weight: 154 lbs race: caucasian duration: 5 days no medications, no current injuries or drugs. For a few days now i've been having this dull ache on my right testicle and my right side low abdomen. The pain started on my low right side abdomen and then radiated to my right testicle after a day or so. It's not constant and it tends to go away from time to time, comes back when I stand for a while or walk mostly. Goes away when laying down on either side. I should mention I used to go to the gym before the pandemic hit but haven't been as active anymore ore if not sitting a bit too much. I should also mention that sometimes the pain goes further and radiates to the right leg also. There are no lumps as far as I can see but the affected testicle seems to be a bit larger than the other one, but I can't be sure if it's paranoia or that it has always been like that. I should also mention that the ache/pain isn't very painful, it would be a 2-3 on a pain scale. But the pain is focused around the low right abdomen.
