As lot of people advise to take arsenic alb 30 drops for immunity against the virus for three days and repeat after 15 days will this medicine serve the purpose?

Yes. This medication is recommended by ayush ministry for increasing immunity. I think 30 drops is very high dose. Recommended dose is to repeat after 30 days.
