After sex there was an abnormal thing at the posterior fourchette. It looks like loose skin flap at the bottom. Should I consult a doctor? A few weeks ago was when I noticed it first. It looked like a small anus at the posterior fourchette, then now that circle is gone and it?s a small flap of skin hanging.
