I had smoked cigarette other than which I normally do because of which mouth infection might have appeared. I had a mouth infection on wherein my thirst and inside mouth was a swollen and it was all white. And my mouth would get completely dry after waking up next morning. I did salt water gargle and it returned to normal within few days. But I have been feeling weak, more sleepy and strengthless till now. Also my nails have become brittle and have lost muscles. I do not feel like doing activity as in legs get tired easily, which should not be as I am quite active. Also now it feels like my gums are getting loose and one of teeth might fall. What shall I do as I can not even visit a doctor?
