I am working in a US shift 4pm to 1am, I am lacking behind my sleep always, I try to sleep but I won't feel sleep. I can sleep up to 6.5hrs a day. I don't understand is this problem due to weather of Bangalore or anything else. Can any one please suggest me, so tht I can hav a good sound sleep.

Yes to some extent weather condition of a place some gets disturbed. For regular sleep one should take the following steps lead a normal lifestyle with regular morning or afternoon followed by free hand exercise and have balanced diet. Avoid alcohol and spicy food. Make the atmosphere like bed room should be dark or dimly lit no noise pollution switch of all electronic gadgets. Like tv and computer do not have water immediately after food at least after half hr.
