Plz tell ayurvedic home remedy till this lockdown situation i'm suffering from very heavy mensuration bleeding. I have done with ayurvedic homeopathic allopathic treatment but cause no result. I still bleed so much in fact have to change xl size pad after every 2 hours. This problem is with me since 2013. Ultrasound and thyroid tests are normal. Doctor advice to take pause mf as per need. I take 2 tab pause mf on my cycle days.
