My mother is 50 years old and has not had her periods since exactly 1 year. She just got her periods again today. So is it post menopausal bleeding or can it be normal period? Ps: she has fibroid in her uterus also she didn't have much prominent perimenopause symptoms.

It is because of the fibroid uterus. Take proper homoeopathic treatment to it. You can consult me at lybrate for Homoeopathic treatment.
