Daughter 2.5 years has allergy on back side of leg upto thighs, small tiny pimple ,she is itching on them, after itching it becomes red, now pimple are spreading on hips, on hand 10 cm above elbow, few pimple we noticed near naval, area, we had given atarax syrup 3.5 ml twice a day and applied cutie soft cream but no good effect on pimples .please suggest any lotion or cream.

Give syp atarax 5 ml thrice daily 5 days and cloben g skin ointment apply twice daily 5 days.

Increase the dose of syp atarax to 4 ml thrice daily. U can use atarax lotion too. Give her syp omnacortil 5 ml thrice daily.

Try atogla lotion. your complaint seems like urticarial rash rather than pimple. If not subsided kindly add pictures.

You can use atarax lotion for local application twice daily for 7 days.
